National Human Rights Commission constituted: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights known as Human Rights, as commonly understood, and are the rights that every human being is entitled to enjoy freely irrespective of his religion, race, caste, sex and nationality, etc. The Declaration of Indian Independence acknowledged the fundamental human rights. Human rights means different thing to different people. Human Rights are not static. New rights are recognized and enforced from time to time. Only persons fully conversant with the latest development about the expanding horizons of Human Rights can promote their awareness better than others.
And that is precisely what we aim to do.
As an active humanitarian organization, we work for the respect & promotion of human rights all over India. Our work consists of educating the people about their rights and violations. We also investigate the abuses, including their causes, development & consequences. Our main aim is to contribute to the overall development of the victims suffering through indignity and any breach of their Human Rights Law. We seek to preserve the spirit of the victims of human rights violations & fighting against the impunity of human rights violators.
It is not only the right to see offenders brought to trial & conviction, & the need for prioritizing of safety which has been accorded a law order of importance; even medical assistance & treatment of the victim has been relatively marginalized. It is commonly understood that the priority of attracting multinational corporate capital, technology & more recently, the emphasis on foreign direct investment has encourages this approach.
FIGHTS FOR YOUR RIGHTS, तुमच्या हक्का साठी All India Human Rights Protection is a non-profit institution, responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, defined by the Act as “rights relating to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the Indian Constitution or embodied in the International Covenants. AIHR works in trust with the National Human Rights Commission of India, following the charter established by the United Nations.
Since its inception in 2002, we had worked closely with the socially disabled and backward segment of the Indian society. Through persistent effort, be it through awareness, involvement or charity, we have made consistent effort to not only strengthen but also to improve the social cohesion and economic development of the people living below the poverty line.
Poverty is a social evil. Undeniably, it has a deep foundation in India. It has been our foremost challenge, and aim, to weaken the roots of poverty in India. Through our limited means, but greater vision, we have provided Assistance, Training, Mentoring and Consulting to not only unemployed youths, but also to the Local government, Women, and Senior citizens. We firmly believe in supporting the economic development, advocating for the rights of the abused, creating in general awareness by the Right to Life, and social cohesion by fostering the civic engagement and participation in urban development processes, according to the principles of cultural planning and place-making.
Preface-This gives me an opportunity to present to this world a basic method of thinking towards the path of truth. While preparing this I have carefully taken into neither account that I do not hurt anybody’s feelings, neither individually nor a group as a whole. I have only tried to research and follow the path of truth.
FIGHTS FOR YOUR RIGHTS, तुमच्या हक्का साठी All India Human Rights Protection is an important platform to get re-addressed the atrocities that are suffered by common man treating him as the central figure. This is the recourse where the common man can raise his voice against the any treatment that he gets from the so called higher classes in the society. Common man has been suffering from total disregard to his respectable entity and no higher officials have ever any inclination to listen to a commoner for which one of the important reasons is corruption. It is the language of money power that the higher officials understand. As a result, the common people who cannot even earn for two times meals comfortably, do not afford to give any bribe and ultimately give up the efforts to get justice and console themselves that its their destiny that they have to suffer. These people however will not have to suffer anymore because now there is a platform of
FIGHTS FOR YOUR RIGHTS, तुमच्या हक्का साठी . available for the people of all walks of life.

Sanil, as a visionary, is constantly worried when he sees the injustice, atrocities, financial extortion, and miseries of poor. He made up his mind to devote himself to the social work. He knew his task was not easy, especially, because of the rampant wide spread corruption right from top to bottom. He found that it would not be easy to negotiate with the autocrats like industrialist and politicians. He also saw that common people who were unable to fight against such oppressive forces gave up their efforts and remained as suffered. Therefore he decided to bring public awareness and imbibe in them the need to come out such insulting life. In the year 2008, he took the reins of ‘All India Human Rights Protection’ as a President of the District. In fact, looking at his zeal and perseverance
Only he was given this important responsibility. He has given justice to the people by spreading a wide net of this Organization in the city of Mumbai. Under his able stewardship, the Organization has been giving its helping hand to the poor people as well those who have been trapped under vicious clutches of the present corrupt and unjust system. He has been giving his valuable guidance to his chief office bearers and other bearers in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai regions.
